2 oranges, peeled, cut in chunks
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
oranges and mint for garnish
Purée orange chunks with marmalade. Place in freezer and freeze until slushy, about 1 hour. In freezer-proof bowl, quickly combine softened frozen yogurt and puréed orange mixture. Refreeze in bowl. Scoop frozen yogurt mixture into dessert dishes. Garnish with orange slices and fresh mint, if desired.
