Made with soy milk, this smoothie pleases all!
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup berries
1 banana
1 cup crushed ice
For “homemade” crushed ice, place ice cubes in a baggie and use a hammer to crush. In blender, mix soy milk and juice. Add berries and banana. Finish by adding crushed ice and blend on high.
