1 lb ground beef
1 lb regular sausage
4 eggs
1 cup salsa
1 pkg Knorr’s vegetable soup mix
1 foil Glutino’s crackers, crushed
1 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine ground beef, sausage, eggs, salsa, Knorr’s mix and crackers. Mix well with a large spoon. Spoon into two bread pans. Smooth tops and spread 1/2 cup ketchup over each loaf top. Bake for 50 minutes.
